my maxisys has rendered itself useless. yesterday it showed error code 3 under certain manufacters. today I have a error code 3 which allows me to do nothing. if I go to update it shows "serial or password incorrect."
this is a huge problem that needs resolved asap!

also going under updates show "network is busy" Ihave rebooted at least 30 times. I can browse the internet just fine.

As for this case, please make sure you select the authorized language and re-download the vehicle software which showed the error code.
